These terms apply to paid programming consulting services offered by Signal Arc Consulting (Nurul Izzati binti Rahman, pemilik), SSM 202003518501, 31,Jalan Dato Abdullah Tahir, 80300 Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Services

We provide scoped real-time application development and technical advisory engagements as described in a signed statement of work or order confirmation. Marketing pages are illustrative; only written scopes bind the parties.

Quotes and payment

Fees, milestones, and payment methods are defined in each statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within fourteen days. Late amounts may pause work until resolved.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to repositories, environments, and decision-makers. Delays on your side may shift timelines without penalty to us.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a milestone, deliverables specified in that milestone vest in you as agreed in writing. We retain rights to general know-how and pre-existing tools not authored solely for you.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public information received during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Warranties

Services are performed with professional care. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to fees paid for the affected milestone in the twelve months before the claim.

Consumer rights (Malaysia)

Nothing here limits remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where you qualify as a consumer. The Tribunal for Consumer Claims may hear eligible disputes up to RM 50,000.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless the statement of work states otherwise.
