This policy applies to paid programming consulting services sold by Signal Arc Consulting (Nurul Izzati binti Rahman, pemilik), SSM 202003518501.

Scope

Refunds apply to consulting fees paid under a signed statement of work or advisory retainer invoice. Third-party costs (licences, cloud usage prepaid in your account) are non-refundable through us.

Cooling-off for direct sales

Where the Consumer Protection Act 1999 direct-selling provisions apply, you may have a statutory ten-day cancellation right. Tell us in writing within that window if you rely on this right.

Service fees (proposed baseline)

Before work starts: full refund of unused prepaid amounts within fourteen business days of written cancellation, minus any documented third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
Within seven calendar days of written confirmation: service fees refundable minus work already performed at our standard hourly rate quoted in the statement of work.
After seven calendar days: fees are non-refundable except where we fail to deliver an agreed milestone and cannot remedy within a reasonable cure period.

Deposits and milestones

Deposits secure calendar capacity. Once milestone work has started, that milestone’s payment is non-refundable. Partial deliverables already merged to your repository count as started work.

Advisory hour blocks

Unused prepaid advisory hours expire per the retainer agreement (typically twelve months from purchase). Refunds for unused hours are available only within seven calendar days of purchase if no hours were consumed.

How to request a refund

Email info@signal-arc.digital or call +60-7-0000-1717 with your invoice number, reason, and preferred refund channel. We respond within five business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.

Rescheduling

Workshop or on-site sessions may be rescheduled once with at least forty-eight hours’ notice without fee; otherwise reserved hours may be charged.

No-shows

Missed meetings without notice may consume prepaid advisory time.

Exceptions

Force majeure, fraud prevention holds, or chargebacks may delay processing. We cooperate with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims where applicable.
